St. Thomas Nov. shore excursions 2017

Has anyone heard news about St. Thomas recovery in the last month? I am having a difficult time finding online info. Our HAL cruise will be there shortly and they have several inland tours as well as snorkel tours available. We live in Florida and had hurricane damage to our home ourselves...we will contribute to the island economy, but don't want to do a tour of more hurricane devastation. If anyone has recent advice on island or snorkel tours and quality of water, please post!:)

Thanks, there is some good info. on this facebook page as well. A poster; Kelsey Morrison was asking for advice and got a lot of replies. Here in central Florida, the news talks about Puerto Rico all day, but nothing about USVI.

Also wanting info on St Thomas island and water conditions. I read that the berths at the port have been repaired, I think I read it in an email from CC actually. Anyone with info, please update us all.

The Havensight/WICO dock is accepting ships and water is good at many beaches.
