Anyone able to reach Grand Turk Diving?

Hi,

I've emailed and called Grand Turk Diving to book their gibbs cay tour (we've done it with them before and loved it.) I haven't been able to reach them - anyone been able to reach them post-hurricaine?

Both phone and Internet are still very iffy on Island but they do check emails daily and can answer from the States often. .

I booked with them about 2 weeks ago. I got an email confirmation and paid my deposit via paypal. Keep trying.

Glad to hear that you are reaching them! We had booked for next month back before the hurricanes and I sent an email a few days ago to confirm...no response yet.

We had trouble too, but it was because their email reply to us had gone to my spam folder. I was able to contact them using Facebook Messenger and then found their email in "junk."

Their email responses went to spam for me too. When I found them, I realized they responded right away.

Glad you found it in your spam mail!! I was very surprised to read your post... as they are awesome with getting back to people! Has anyone been diving in G.T. since hurricanes? We have a trip booked next month and wondered if the wall or tunnels have changed and how viz is.... we dove Jan 2017 ~ and it was out of this world amazing!

I emailed them again and this time heard back within the hour. He said everything is great on the island except the internet.
