Happy Passover. Celebrated on ship

I love Passover. We had 18 here for Seder, and tomorrow I'll do my baking for the week.

How can you keep Passover on a ship? I have to eat out once this week, and I'm already stressed about trying to find menu items without chometz. I'm hoping to find broiled steak or fish, a baked potato with butter and a salad with olive oil and lemon juice.

There is usually a Rabbi on-board - and a Seder is (usually) planned -- also the dinning room will serve matzah at your table! We have been on a ship for a few Passover's - the last on the Regal last March/April - We had a Seder - with some of other faiths joining in (for the experience).

With so much food at a normal Seder I cannot imaging what one would be like on a cruise.

Can you imagine the matre'd, "Only one serving? What, you don't like our gefilte fish?"

Chag Sameach everyone!

Up next - Pacific NorthWest Coastal!

Now that's an experience I'd love to have! As if I'm not stuffed enough at typical sederim.... icon_eek.gif

Still, it would be lovely to share the holiday with people from so many different places! I'd love to swap Passover recipes and family customs.

A sweet Pesach to all!
