Is an 11:10am flight too early - Tampa

How much longer?

As Keith stated, Tampa is notorious for fog. Our cruise, we were stuck on the other side of the Tampa Bay Bridge with 2 other ships. Our original docking time was 6am. We did not pull in until 11:30....THEN....there was a problem with immigration. UGH. It was terrible and hundreds of people missed their flights. Disembarkation did not begin until 2pm.

How is fog in Tampa in May? We haven't booked yet but looking to take a 9:45 am flight for a 7 am disembarkation. In a perfect world where the ship disembarks on time, would you recommend a flight at that time? Would appreciate your thoughts.

Much less probability for fog in May. Winter months are the highest probability.
