Is this a charter cruise on Epic?

It is a charter. I was on the cruise right after it last year. When we got to the port, probably about 500 people were still waiting for their rides. A majority of them looked hungover and were wearing costumes.

The curtain for the bathroom in our cabin was missing and the light above the bed was had been removed from the ceiling. I had heard they were a very rowdy crowd.
