Martinique family beaches and shopping

We will be traveling on Disney Wonder and stopping in Martinique with our 4yr and 7 yr old grandsons. Please advise if we need to take expensive excursion to family beaches or can take cab as want to be sure it’s not a topless beach, and beaches recommended. Also is it far from port for beach or shopping. Anything else you can advise would be greatly appreciated! Thx!
