Earliest international flight time Miami

Hi our max cruise is scheduled to arrive in Miami at 7am on Nov 29th. We are Australian and trying to book international flights once we debark. Would we make a 12pm flight? What time is recommended?

Yes, it is recommended. 11 am is the typical earliest, however, noon is better for an international flight.
