Access to reviews on this website

Can anyone help me? I quite enjoy reading cruise reviews on this website but I can no longer access them. I get a message saying they are not on the approved list for parental control! This is meaningless to me as there are no children in the house, only visiting grandchildren and they have their own tablets. There is a message saying that an administrator can give me access. Who is this?
