Uber to and from Manhattan cruise terminal

Has anyone had any experience using Uber to arrive and depart the Manhattan cruise terminal?

No problems, just make sure the driver knows the entrance ramp for drop offs is at 55th street and 12th Ave.

For pick ups exit terminal at 48th st. cross the street and get pick up between 12/11th avenues. That’s what I did this July.

12th Avenue will be crazy with everyone trying to get a cab.

From downtown Marriot to the cruise terminal. From the cruise terminal to Newmark Liberty.

Wonder how close to the terminal we can be dropped off and picked up. Is a shuttle better from the terminal to the airport?

Get some Uber estimates from the cruise terminal to EWR. This is a New York to NJ trip, so you would be taking an Uber well out of its normal operating area. If you are one or two people, the cruiseline transfer to EWR could be better if the schedule fits with your flight time.

70SS350 posted the location of the drop off entrance to the cruise terminal for your trip from the downtown Marriott.

Which is a good point, since they give you the actual charge plus toll and tip.

With the App Car Services you have surge pricing and such and even the estimator has a range of $20-$30.
