Breaking News : Viking Oceans Orders 2 More Ships !

Per Seatrade Insider : http://www.seatrade-insider.com/news/news-headlines/viking-cruises-orders-another-pair-of-ocean-ships-at-fincantieri.html , bringing total to 4 ships by 2017. The 2 newly ordered ships are scheduled to be Sister ships (47,000 tons) to the first 2 ships ordered.

Thanks Andy, It is true Viking Oceans seems to have had great success with early bookings, and I'm glad to see that they are expanding their fleet. The only problelm I have is that their press releases talk about a May 2015 delivery, or later, and I have booked and paid for the April 11, 2015 Maiden Voyage of the Viking Star. I think that thier management needs to adress this issue!

Incredible! We are booked on Viking Star in 2015. Anxious to see itineraries for the new ships for 2016 and 2017. Thanks for sharing the news Andy.
