Sailing the Escape for the first time from NYC. Where is the best place for a group of people to see the Statue of Liberty indoors; if the weather is bad, or outdoors; if the weather is good? Thanks! :D

Everyone will gather along the starboard side of the ship, on deck 17, which is just above the pool. The sailaway party will be taking place on the pool stage and all around that area. That's the place to be. Also, you want to be as high as possible when you sail underneath the Verrazano Narrows bridge, because you will truly feel like you can reach up and scrape your fingers on it. It's that close.

We like to be up high on Deck 17 and switch from the views of Manhattan to the SOL.

All the way forward on deck 18 is where we were last time. Forward facing views, but not face-on with the SOL

If it is SOL only, the Waterfront on Deck 8 is nice. Covered and outside.

Wherever you go, head there immediately after muster.

Thank you both! ;)
