Has anyone done a UK Charter flight with Cunard.

See that the flights from Manchester UK to Rome is with Jet2.

My question is do you get anything on the plane like drinks and breakfast, I realise you will have to pay for these.

Also not able to book seats on the aircraft, how easy is it to get seats together at check in.

Hi Leesre

We have done the last two years Cunard fly cruise on BA no complimentary food on offer we had Athens and Venice flights, can't recall any paid for hot food offered also, so we usually grab a sandwich and muffin from Boots or takeaway food outlet

On the seat front this is one of our least fave things on a Cunard Fly on our trip to Venice we had two seats together there and return from Rome but last year we happen to be in the line as check in opened so no more then ten in front of us we were given two aisle seats one in front of each other husband question this as I am not the best flyer BA check in staff says it's all pre loaded by booking agent can't be changed so we were not too happy and as you can guess we had same on return, we are off again to meet QV in two weeks have spoken to T/Agent and have passed our request on to Cunard for seats together will be surprised if they are but that could be our luck on the day plus at 5 am on Saturday morning not sure who we could contact

The Cunard website has information about seats on flights here

Sorry Hattie,

The information from Cunard is if it is a Charter with Jet2 then you cannot book seats, only if it is a regular schedule service.only on a BA flight can you request via Customer Service.

We have been told just turn up early and you may get seats together.
