Unable to modify room

Sailing the Indy in February and for the last week or so when I click the "modify stateroom" button in my reservation, it says "we are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later." Figure would save me a phone call to ask first--Just wondering if anyone knows why or is having the same issues?

What are you trying to do? Change cabins?

Yes. When I've clicked in the past, it's shown my current room and cabin type with the option to choose something else. Now all I get is that error message.

I didn't know you could change cabins online :confused:...I've always just called.

It's the start of a weekend...their website freaks out on Fri...until Mon....call on the phone!

I am having the same problem and i want to buy stuff I'm on the anthem on 28/01

If you have any OBC on your account RCI does not let you modify the reservation. That is one possible reason.

I believe that you also had to create the booking online to be able to make changes

That's new to me also.

I have never heard of being able to change staterooms online...even with

booking online (as I do). :confused:

I always just call if I were to make a major change like that.

That's probably better. Last time I changed my stateroom online it re-priced everything so I had to call anyway

I believe that was because of the limit of 100 changes per booking.
