Getting really frustrated with RCI website

Every time I go in to look at something on my upcoming cruise, check in or shop for excursions, it shows I owe money even though I paid in full a few weeks ago. God forbid I lose my receipt. Today I made the dastardly sin of adding my husband's new received crown and anchor number.

Am I the only one this is happening to? Ok, I have vented and do feel better.

It happens quite a lot when you book directly through Royal. Unfortunately, you will have to call them to get is straightened out.

The website is so bad that I shop online TA extensively before I even attempt to price a cruise on Royal. I know how bad it's going to be to even locate the cruise on their site.

It should be the other way around: I should be able to happily go to their site, check out the wonderful opportunities to see the world, and then check TA to see if they are offering me anything good enough to take me away from directly booking with Royal--but that's not how it works, at least for me.

I'm wondering if they actually prefer that people book with TA.

Probably, they don't have to provide customer service, the TA has to do that.

I agree that they encourage travel agents. They used to blatantly state that on the website. They even have a link dedicated to locating a travel agent...
