Compliment to "chat" when on MSC site

In the past I booked our various Divina cruises on the phone with an MSC agent however this week I was on-line searching for my next cruise and cabin (I like to have my cabin picked prior to booking) and the "chat" popped up so I clicked on it. We typed back and forth - I told the agent what I was looking at and wanted - got it booked - she was able to apply my 25% coupon - I paid my deposit - I got an email to confirm everything - a supervisor is needed to take the 5% off and that was done within 30 minutes and I received a follow-up email with the updated dollar amount. So often (and I am guilty of this too) we are quick to complain about what goes wrong. So I wanted to mention this experience with MSC and how well it all went. Am excited to be on Seaside out of Miami in February.
