Uber from MIA to port for Oceania Cruise

Looking at a Oceania cruise out of Port of Miami. Would like to use Uber for ride to port. Have never used before so have been look at the Uber app and wanted to ask what would we need to select in the from/to categories. Also is there a designated pick up spot outside the arrival terminal? Thanks for your assistance!

Fare should be closer to $20. The driver will confirm your location at MIA - request the ride after you exit with your bags. You can enter Port Miami as the destination - the driver will figure out which berth.

When using Uber at Miami Airport, it couldn't be easier. When you are walking out of baggage claim to the pickup/street area, you will see a door number on your door. Out in the pickup area, you will also see the door number on the columns. In the Uber app, it will simply ask you for the door number! It won't let you book the ride without selecting your door number. Couldn't be easier. The driver then knows right where you are.

Where other airports have designated areas you need to find (some difficult to find, like Vegas)... Mia is so easy as they pick you up right where you walk out.

As for where you are going... just put "Port Miami" and it will pop right up, select it. Nothing more you need to do.
