Outside Smoking Area on Deck 3 of Queen Victoria -- Port or Starboard?

Does anyone know if the outside smoking area on Deck 3 of the Queen Victoria is on the port or starboard side.

We are thinking of selecting a balcony cabin on Deck 4 and recall someone once saying that on their balcony --- on Deck 4 -- they could often detect smoke from below coming up towards their balcony.

I haven't had any problems on prior Cunard cruises with the smoking areas, but would not want to continually detect it from my balcony if that is, in fact, a concern as this individual mentioned.

Thanks for any information someone could provide.

Starboard side on Queen Elizabeth think it would be the same on Queen Victoria.

yes its starboard on the QV as well. I have had balconies on deck 4 and have not smelt any smokers, however I have spoken to people who have had balconies higher up that have smelt smokers surreptitiously stealing a cigarette on other balconies. I think its the luck of the drawer....
