Help me pick an AI!

Ok so we are looking for a Sandals type day at the end of October.

Musts:

*full open bar, not just margaritas and rum punch

*swim up bar

*nice beach

*loungers with tiki hut shades or umbrellas

*decent food, not expecting 5 star but more than burgers & dogs

Preferable:

*water activities like snorkel gear, hobby cats, kayaks etc

*no kids (or very few) we have 5 but they aren't coming and we'd like to embrace the calm and quiet

*hammocks would be a plus

Nachi Cocom offers everything you require, but offers no water toys, etc. About $55 per adult for AI (food/drinks), quiet and relaxing and never crowded (limited to 130 guests per day). You can add on snorkeling, massage, etc. Food is great and the service is even better! :D

Secrets aura is the only adult only AI

We just did Nachi for the 3rd time last week and loved it but it's booked the date we need in Sept so thinking of trying Secrets.

We tried Nachi Cocom the last time we were in Cozumel and thought the food was mediocre at best. Would not return if it were free.

This is an older post, but I was hoping if I “ revived” it, some additional recommendations might pop up.
