Royal Caribbean beach excursions

Just MHO, but if it's a ship's sponsored excursion, it's gonna be crowded. We never did one on Antigua, but that's been the general experience we've had just about everywhere.

Antigua is easy to navigate, has a good taxi and bus system and lots of places that the ship does not send its excursions to. My suggestion would be to peruse this forum and find a restaurant/bar/beach that suits your needs and take a cab. Easy peasy.

does anyone know what beach the Royal Caribbean Beach Express and beach escape excursions go to? Trying to avoid a crowd but want a beach with loungers/umbrellas

If you wish to take lunch and drinks, then either Jacqui O's or Cecelias. Both well away from the Herds. Book in advance.

If not taking lunch, then there is a "new" kid on the block.

"Rum Bus". Spaces on beds is limited, but do contact direct for a booking, no mandatory requirement to take lunch.

Go now before the Herds and Towles destroy the ambience.

Everywhere else you will be part of various "Crowds"
