Tender Operations Cairns - Celebrity Solstice

We have been on two overnight port calls at tender ports. On those instances the tenders did indeed run overnight, but after about 10 or 11 PM were on a reduced schedule. Then in the AM (around 7 or so) they began the normal essentially continual operation.

Also, we have been on the Solstice when it tendered into Cairns, and Celebrity used both their ship tenders and private tenders. The private tenders were very large, air conditioned and had restrooms. Given the size of the private tenders it took some time to load them, but also given the size of the engines we just roared into shore.

We may be on the same cruise. We are scheduled to board the Solstice in Sydney on March 30 and will stay until she crosses reaches Honolulu the end of April. I keep meaning to check the roll calls for those cruises.
