Very interesting...especially once they are through the Suez Canal. The 2 days in St Petersburg will be a highlight. Sydney in Canada should be a great port of call and will probably attract local attention. I note also their first call in the States is Boston, so immigration will not hold them up in NY as they get out and enjoy a further 2 days there.

The Roll Call has been very active, they should have a lot of fun..:):)

Exciting just reading all those Aussie and Kiwi passengers names. Agree they will have lots of fun.

Yes, they are lucky to enter US via Boston instead of NY. We did the same after being detoured to Boston in lieu of Bermuda because of a hurricane.

Thanks heaps. I love following them on the cruise. Its a bucket list item for me. But not for at least a few years.

Yes it could be at least 10 years before I could get enough time off work without even thinking about how we would pay for it.

Following the blogs is cheap, as well as an incentive to start saving.

There was a nice story on NZ TV1,s Seven Sharp tonight , about a lady who planned to take the WC , but during the year her husband died . Instead of cancelling , her family have made up a roster and various family members will join her for various segments. She is 82 and was not allowed to travel on her own. This way she gets to spend her money with the family and share in them enjoying it with her.

Princess also came to the party and upgraded her to a suite.:):)

Nice one Princess.:)

What a wonderful "good news" story.

That must have taken some organisation on the family's part, together with "thinking outside the box" on Princess's part. Well Done to all concerned. I hope they all enjoy a wonderful family world cruise.

I've seen the story a few times today first time I heard about the upgrade, I agree a great one Princess.

I did wonder if they charged those joining her by the segment or just charged two WC fares.

Time for the Aussies to climb aboard today..:)

They are at White Bay. You would think for a World Cruise they could have used the OPT:eek:

Especially as it looks like OPT is empty today
