I have booked assistance for my husband to board the ship Oriana, and as we are travelling on the coach we believe we will not see luggage until we get to our cabin. I am just wondering when we depart the ship at the end of the cruise will the luggage be taken direct to the coach or will we get help thank you.

If you have booked assistance, then you will be taken off the ship by wheelchair to your coach. However, you will need to collect your luggage in the baggage hall on the way and clear customs. There are lots of porters in the luggage hall if necessary. Also there are lots of trolleys available.
