New Speed Restrictions in Gulf of St. Lawrence

Transport Canada has changed the rules for this year. Last year the planned call by the QM2 in Gaspé was cancelled on a fortnight's notice and Sept-Îles substituted. For this year and next there is no planned call at Gaspé.
