What is best time to embark in Miami to avoid lines?

I recognize lines exist no matter what but if you are not in the Haven and would like to get on board as quickly as possible when would you arrive?

We always plan for a 10:30 arrival. Check in has usually just begun. That all moves quickly and we then sit in the waiting area until boarding usually begins 11:15 - 11:30, if all is routine.

Everybody rushes to get on board. Wait until they're already boarding to check in. Get there like 12:30 - 1:00. Check in will be quick and you'll board as soon as you're checked in.

I find that the rush hour with lines begins at about 1115 and continues to about 145 to 215 depending on the port . If you arrive between 2 and 230 ,most times you can walk right up to check in and directly on to the ship.

If you want to be on board early arrive between 10:15 and 10:30. You will be on the ship around noon. If you want to avoid lines arrive around 1:30.

In my experience if you arrive after 2, maybe around 3, you will encounter no lines and a very quick boarding. The vast, vast majority of people will be there around noon.

We never get there before 11am....boarding will have just started, so few, if any lines.

We always arrive around 10:15 and there are no lines at security and check-in. We board with our boarding group (yeah a small line) and get up to the buffet at 11:30 or MDR at noon.

you are right, there are always going to be lines and arrive to early you will just find yourself sitting around anyway. We arrive about 10:30 and are on board before noon. Of course now we are platinum plus and also have special assistance as well, so it is really fast.

No matter what way you go, it is surprising how fast the embarkation lines do move.

When I cruise, I usually arrive around 2 pm. In less than 15 minutes I'm in my cabin!

Besides that buffet is also less crowded.
