I think all RCI and Celebrity ships sailing out of the UK have kettles in cabins, and add the drinks tip into the menu price so that Brits/Irish know the exact price before hand, so this will be the expectation with this ship.

Mic..we were on an RCI ship straight after she'd arrive from her transatlantic crossing, and ordered some wine from the menu. We thought it wasn't extra expensive, so that was a nice surprise...
