It depends on where exactly in Orlando you are. If you are leaving from Disney World, it would be right around a total of $3.50 (certainly cheaper than $4). Keep in mind that this would be a sum of three seperate tollbooths, so have singles and quarters handy!

From Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral there is one toll plaza on the Beachline Expressway (TOLL 528) that costs $1.25 one way. Many signs still have the old name posted: Bee Line Expressway. No matter, it is posted as TOLL 528 everywhere in Orange County. The expressway is toll free in Brevard County from I-95 east to the port.

If you get on the Beachline further west (such as from I-4 near Disney), there are two additional 75-cent toll plazas making the total cost $2.75 one way.
