JinxyB Posted June 11, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 11, 2018 Hi, can someone please help me- flying in on Delta and from what I'm reading online they mainly use Terminal C right now. Car service and uber/Lyft are from garage in terminal B. Is it possible to walk between terminals? From what I'm reading, you have to take a shuttle and can't walk, so I just want to verify this? If it's too difficult then I'll just take a taxi to the Escape. I'll have a 7 y/o with me so don't want to make things too difficult. Thanks! Rare mking8288 Posted June 12, 2018 #2 Share Posted June 12, 2018 Hi, can someone please help me- flying in on Delta and from what I'm reading online they mainly use Terminal C ... have to take a shuttle and can't walk ... Delta flights use both Terminal C and D, but it's possible that with ongoing construction, using mainly C (connected by walkways, post-security, between C & D) and with a 7 years old & luggage, not wise to try to walk nor convenient, just to save a few bucks, for a typical Sunday morning arrival for the NCL Escape sailing ... Traffic is generally light until mid/late morning and it's usually a fairly quick ride to the pier - not worth all that trouble. With your luggage, head for the nearest taxi stand, wait in line & ride over to the cruise terminal ... have the driver take the RFK Bridge with a $5.74 EZ-Pass toll, that will minimize any unlikely traffic delays (the Queens Midtown Tunnel is tolled & only one lane open each way, often massively jammed up & forget the toll-free Ed Koch/59th Street Bridge)

Brighton Line Posted June 12, 2018 #4 Share Posted June 12, 2018 Delta uses both C & D and it is not 100% that you will arrive at one and not the other. Both black cars services, Dial 7 and Carmel Limo offer meet and greet but it is at a significant cost. You could have the Delta's contractor take you in your wheelchair down to baggage claim and the car driver would meet you there and take care of your luggage and escort you to the car. I suggest calling them to find out prices for this service.
