hi has anyone on here used intercruise for transfer to ships dock?

 

I have looked online and found old posts, some say can take more than one case even though intercruise say one suitcase each paying customer.

 

Anyone recently took more than one case?

Also surprised at time given for journey, do they do lots of pick ups?
