Chops on Adventure of the Seas

Does anyone know if they have completed Chops yet? I know they are selling it on the cruise planner for our April sailing but heard it was behind schedule and not completed. Hopefully by now it is completed?

It was open for our March 4th sailing and very good. We both ordered the 9 oz. filet and except for the waiter mixing up our steaks, the services was excellent. My wife says the filet was better the night before in Giovanni's. She loves her steak. It was $40 per person but others have reported they were able to book it online for $35pp in the weeks after our sailing. It wasn't available for booking online for our cruise and normally I wouldn't pay that much for Chops but we had a D+ BOGO coupon. The only upsell item on the menu was the Maine lobster.
