Jet Skis

So, my husband and I were planning on doing an excursion through CCL where we rode jet skis. That is until I found out about Daniel Johnson's Monkey and Sloth Hangout, and holding sloth is on my bucket list.

Anyway, my DH was looking forward to riding a jet ski. Are there any local areas easy to get to from the port where we could rent a jet ski for 30 minutes or so? So, he could get his jet ski fix, while I can snuggle one of the cutest animals on the planet.

Because the reef comes so very close (swimming distance) from the island jet ski are not a good idea. Would there be another island on your itinerary which would suit your husbands fix?
