Plexus Slim

Plexus slim is awesome! It is an all natural powder that you mix with water and drink in the morning. It is not a meal replacement drink at all! It was originally created to help with type 2 diabetes and the benefits of drinking it was weight loss. I have never had more energy than I do now. It has helped reduced cravings for the bad food! My husband has lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks, I have lost several inches and 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I have friends on it that are down 50, 60lbs in 6 months. It's an amazing product.

Just to let you know, I also started a thread about this a few days (about a week) ago and had a few responses that were positive - but there was one that was very negative about these types of, as I believe the person called it - "fad diets". Good luck with it, and hopefully there isn't any other members who do you like they did me on it. Just have thick skin and don't pay attention to the negative.
