Just upgraded my cabin and I am getting that message too, emailed my pvp she said it was just a glitch (shocker ) not to worry about it but she is keeping an eye on it.

Just heard back from my PVP too. She said the same thing. My reservation is fine and she doesn't see anything. Looks like a glitch to her too.

I am getting this message and my booking is paid in full- we sail on July 7th. All cabins are showing "paid in full" so I'm thinking this is an IT glitch??

It has to be a glitch or bug -- Lord knows their website is a challenge on a good day!

Mine said the same this morning and nothing has changed. The bedding arrangement for one of my cabins had changed as well and it wont let me put it back. Looking at the screen there are definitely some IT issues going on, so Im not going to worry.

I spoke to Carnival customer service last week about the bed selection not "sticking" -- she acknowledged there was a glitch with that and said they were "working" on it.

I got a pop up too saying "Reminder, you have pending payments". I booked directly thru Carnival.com and nothing has changed about my booking since May.

Definitely a glitch. I am a TA and made our payments directly with Carnival at the time of booking, and I'm getting the message as well. Totally shocking that there is trouble with the website

I got this message as well on my bookings!
Yet if they want to make payments on to my booking I'm good with that(just not off of my credit card)... they can pay the whole thing off if they like...lol

I was hoping someone had made a payment for me...but after talking to Carnival it's just a glitch...so I guess no lucky payments were made on my behalf

I too got the same message(s) and as a retired IT professional for a major company both this and the change bed dialog issues are inexcusable and should have been fixed when first reported!
