We're visiting St. Maarten in 3 weeks and will have a rental car for the day.

Where can we get fresh lobster for lunch? Please only respond when you are 100% sure.

Thanks in advance!

Holland House - The Hotel's Signature Dish (2 Share)

Complete with a bottle of Montrachet from their cellar

We were in St. Maarten last Wednesday and we could not get fresh lobster for lunch at any of our favourite places to eat. Holland House did not even have it on there menu. I was really sad as I ate lobster everyday on our 2 week vacation before Irma last year.

Proves one should book the HH Signature Dish in advance. It's worth the little effort.

The Seafood Experience - 2 persons

– Our signature dish. A decadent serving of shrimp, Fine Claire oysters, tuna tataki, salmon tartare, Caribbean lobster salad and a whole maine lobster, served with

French fries, sauces and a house salad (for 2 persons) - $145u.s.

The signature dish is amazing and we have done it on a few visits.

The dish is also served on a tower of crushed ice.

I prefer it with a bottled of chilled Whispering Angel Rose.

However this is NOT like having a whole hot lobster dinner with drawn butter, which is what I wanted.
