Solstice Alaska Seattle Luggage Valet

I was wondering if anyone has used the Luggage Valet on Disembarkation in Seattle and remembers if there were specific times for Southwest Airline flights to use the service?

Also, are there any different foods that what have shown up on the menus here geared towards Alaska?

On the back end you need to leave by 4:00pm. Can’t remember the front end. Worked slicker than whale snot on an ice floe.
