Our sail date doesn’t appear in the planner

Hi all

 

Have been reading the forums for years but this is my first post.

 

We are sailing transpacific on Legend ex Sydney on 2 April 2019.

 

I have been trying to log into my planner but our sail date doesn’t appear in the list. All other dates both before and after are there, but our cruise is missing.

 

Would appreciate any thoughts!

Usually means it’s sold out or fully chartered. Call Carnival.

Thanks, but we are booked and paid. The problem is that when I try to go to the cruise planner to manage the booking, the sail date isn’t in the list

Right under "My Cruise Manager" there is a box that says +Add a Booking. Put your booking number in there and it should pop up.

 

 

 

Is Right. They don’t automatically appear. You have to add the booking number to your info after you log in
