Anyone Used Making Memories Travel?

Has anyone else here used this agency? The agent I am working with there found an EXCELLENT deal for a balcony cabin on a Princess cruise (CruisingIsLife has me wanting to try Princess) that even Carnival can't beat, so I would appreciate feedback from anyone who has used them before.
