We were part of the HAL 14 day Amsterdam cruise that had a date switch for next July. I know from reading these boards that HAL offered credit of at least $50 per room as a good-will gesture/credit for the inconvenience. We had to reschedule our excursions and my husband is having to use an additional day's vacation because the of the sailing date switch. When contacted by our TA about the date change, we were not offered the credit. I sent an email to her after I read of the credit offer here on these boards, but have been ignored. Maybe its small change, but is this something I can call HAL about? Since we booked through a TA, probably not - but thought I would ask the experts here.
