E-Ticket Status

An Open Ticket Coupon with a Status OK or HK(Holding Konfirmed) means the ticket has not been used and is valid for travel. If your status says Waitlisted or something else then there is a problem.

After you have used each segment it will say Coupon"Closed or Flown". This is done when your boarding pass has been printed and scanned at the gate prior to boarding. The barcode tells the system to Close your segment.

You cannot get any refunds for "Flown Segments" unless you were delayed. Once you have flown the first segment you can go to the airline for changes or to your travel agent.

If you have not flown your first segment the airline will direct you for the most part to go to your travel agent for any changes or to cancel your reservation.

I hope this helps.
