Royal Caribbean Coco Cay - Location of Ocean View Deluxe Cabana ?

Hi everyone. First time posting here :):)

I'm trying to get some information about the location of the Ocean View Deluxe Cabanas at Coco Cay. I've been doing some research and it seems like they USED to be located waterfront but not on the actual beach. It looks like they were in front of a small rocky sea wall. I think they moved to a BEACH location but I've had a hard time finding any concrete confirmation of this. We booked the Cabana (instead of the Bungalow) because of the extra space and the deluxe buffet. However we would like to be beachfront so the kids can play in the water while in our view.

Has anyone been to Coco Cay in recent months that can confirm the OCEAN VIEW DELUXE CABANAS are now located in front of the actual beach?

I know there are so many changes going on over at Coco Cay that anything can change before my cruise in August, but I'm hoping someone here can provide some fresh intel.

Thanks all!!

Hi Dalton5 - We were there over labor day weekend and the Deluxe Cabanas were beachfront. It was my first time in Coco Cay so don't know all the areas, and we stayed in the Cabana area the whole time, but it seems to be the first beach and there is a partition dividing the cabana area and the regular beach area. The beachfront was amazing, water beautiful and tropical fish swimming all around us.

Now as far as where they will be in FEBRUARY not sure it will be the same. I have friends to work in RCL and since Cococay is undergoing renovations they say the location might change. If the stay where they are it would be great, and beachfront. I am trying to post some pics, wish me luck with that.

Enjoy your trip!

Lucastarr, Thank you so much for the info and pictures. It looks amazing!! I really liked the dinosaur perched on the rail...lol:') He looked like he was having a good time!

I really hope they don't move them again before our trip. That beach area looked perfect.

Thanks again :D
