The Reflection has a lounge for Concierge cabins?

We are planning to book a veranda cabin on The Reflection for July. We called Celebrity's Captains Club and were told that there is a lounge on board for the use of Suite and Concierge passengers. Is this a new perk for Concierge class? Were we given correct information?

Nope, just for suites, perhaps they were referring to Cc embarkation luncheon. My guess, someone with lack of experience.

COuld they have been confused about “priority embarkation, thinking there was a dedicated waiting area in the terminal?

Did the CSR specifically reference The Retreat?

Do you have the name of the CSR so you can get back to that same agent to discuss/clarify this? They shouldnt be giving out false information!
