we're looking to book three cabins. Family of 10. If we book Bella I see we can’t choose our dining time. Do they confirm dining at time of booking? What are the dining times please?

Also if we were to buy the drinks packages would this include the gelato. As two of the adults don’t drink alcohol can they purchase a soda package?
