In Cozumel port until 10pm--what to do?

Hi! We are thinking about booking a cruise on the Carnival Sensation that would put us in the Cozumel port from 12pm-10pm ship time (eastern time). Are beach clubs open that late? Nachi looks like they stay open until 6:30pm to accommodate ships that get to port after noon. What other beaches/beach clubs stay open later? Any ideas on what we can do in the evening and at night besides bar hop? It'd be fun to be in Cozumel at night...just not sure what to do after we do our usual beach day somewhere.

Our cruise is in Cozumel from 10am till 10pm. so I thank you also for the info.
