FLL Hotels with a View of the Cruise Port?

If you look around the board there are many threads on this question. The answer is the new hotel that used to be the Pier 66, the Hilton Marina, the Embassy Suites, and a couple with much lower level views, as those hotels are very tall.

All views are side of hotel dependent. Embassy Suites, you want about 7th floor and above, east and south sides.

If you are willing to walk a couple of blocks, any hotel on 17th Street will fill the bill. We always walk up to the top of the drawbridge when we arrive, and again on the morning of our cruise.

The OP needs to be aware that the ships start coming in at 5am, 5:30 at the latest. So it means getting up early, particularly if walking to the bridge to watch.

The Hilton Marina is practically at the port, the view from the front of the hotel via a balcony is spectacular. There are restaurants, and shopping within a 10 minute walk. The water taxi is right outside the hotel if you would like to venture out for dinner and shopping. They also have a lovely pool area that’s surrounded by the marina, many gorgeous yachts to view. We have stayed there about 3 times, no complaints. Have a great time! :)
