Tamarind 2018 Eurodam

Has anyone been on the Eurodam this season? Does the menu have lobster? Looking at the sample menu on the HAL site, it's not there..and I WANT it to be there.

I don't think I've ever seen lobster on the Tamarind menu? Used to be on the Pinnacle Grill menu........

It was a wok seared lobster with ginger and garlic served over crispy noodles with green onions, red thai chili and soy/ginger broth... Menu was from 2017 so hoping it's legit! Doesn't it sound yummy?

Soft-shell crabs were on the Tamarind menu last year on the Nieuw Amsterdam. They also showed up as appetizers on the MDR menu too. I assume they were frozen.

And Ole Salt, I hope they do have soft shell crab, that’s something I’ve never made myself. As long as they taste good, I don’t care if they were frozen

I’ve had the lobster in the Tamarind on the Eurodam, NA and Koningsdam. It’s kind of rich but quite tasty! Still had room for the mini donuts

They had it on the menu in the spring. I find the lobster so so. There are dishes I enjoy more. I find the soft shell crab was better in the MDR than the tamarind which is unusual.

From another thread on lobster and other fish- all protein has to be frozen for safety. The crab and lobsters can't be fresh.

The lobster dish was definitely in the Tamarind on the Koningsdam in December.

DH and I have had the Thai donuts a few times -- love them!!

I always ask for extra chocolate sauce.

We were on the Eurodam January 7th to 14th and enjoying dining in the Tamarind twice. Yes! The lobster dish is still there and our guests loved it!
