On Viator the Chinese list themseves as licensed and have pic of the license. I do not know if this is what you need/want but it is a place to start.

Interesting.... I emailed them yesterday and they said no they don’t do it! I’ll check out their website.

Very interesting discussion, and was wondering where Hong Kong, or for that matter Taiwan come into the A,B,C transit mix?

 

Well, Taiwan is a totally different country. And for transit without visa purposes, Hong Kong is treated as a separate country as well. So either is acceptable as Country A or C in the required A-B-C TWOV scenario.
