pyrrhus Posted February 15, 2013 #1 Share Posted February 15, 2013 I am glad to see most of the people CNN is managing to interview are positive, healthy looking and somewhat upbeat. Really liked the Kenny guy. Keeping it positive in a bad situation!

tobyt Posted February 15, 2013 #3 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Love the bathrobes! I think it is interesting they the robes seem white and are "going" home from the trip! The comments that the reporters can smell the ship is just plain funny!

bucks724 Posted February 15, 2013 #8 Share Posted February 15, 2013 I loved the two missionary girls who won their cruise at a basketball game. The two women would wouldn't let one another get a word in edgewise get my vote for "most likely to call a lawyer tonight".
Mrsg324 Posted February 15, 2013 #9 Share Posted February 15, 2013 And everyone's hair looks better than mine most mornings! I was just thinking this. People seem to have a great attitude about it. I am really glad to hear that everyone is praising the staff for their kindness through this.

pyrrhus Posted February 15, 2013 Author #15 Share Posted February 15, 2013 I agree and those two ladies looked pretty well groomed for such a terrible situation. Obviously this cruise was scary and uncomfortable, but I wonder what some of the workers who come from very poor backgrounds that are probably thinking they would love it if their home were as nice as this "sewage" filled ship with running cold water. aimee0715 Posted February 15, 2013 #20 Share Posted February 15, 2013 I'm loving the group of women who were travelling together to celebrate one's 40th birthday. I can't get over how good everyone's hair looks! Mine would be a greasy mess after just a day or two of not shampooing.
Raven Days Posted February 15, 2013 #21 Share Posted February 15, 2013 Erin is very fair, but I miss her on CNBC. I think she just may smack some of the other reporters there...they have about knocked her over a couple of times and pushed into her. She does seem to really want to know the REAL story...not just the negative stuff.

The two women would wouldn't let one another get a word in edgewise get my vote for "most likely to call a lawyer tonight". The 2 missionary girls were great...those 1st 2 that they grabbed 1st? They were nuts. They annoyed me. They had nothing good to say. And I figure the 1st phone call they will make tomorrow is a an attorney to see what they can get out of it. Personally I hope neither of them ever cruise again...and I sure as heck I am never on a cruise with them.

djcass4199 Posted February 15, 2013 #25 Share Posted February 15, 2013 The CNN interviewees it's nice to hear their 1st hand accounts. Anyone else feel like the two anchors on right now are trying to find a way to get a passenger to say something to throw Carnival under the bus?
