1. Orlando is cruise director. He's awesome.

2. Bought social internet plan. Never worked.

3. Food in dining room was so so.

4. Guy's burger & fries was awesome. Ate it for lunch several days.

5. Chocolate melting cake was as awesome as I remember. Ate it each night for dessert.

6. Cozumel excursion we chose Mr. Sanchos.

Make sure you have reservation. Recommend for a nice beach day.

7. Faster to the fun was worth it in my opinion. Would buy again.

8. Used EZ Cruise parking in Galveston. Look online for coupon code. Always use this place, never disappointed.

~Will post Fun Times Guides later. Any questions about anything, just ask. :)

For the social internet plan, did you try to use Facebook messenger by any chance? Did that particular app work? By not not working were you not able to do anything ever or was it just spotty?

I will be on Valor in a few weeks with Hubby and kids are going on a separate trip with grandparents so we had planned to use Facebook messenger to text each so I can check on them. Or if they need to get in touch with me.

Thanks for your initial thoughst. Quick question: Are the aft pool and hot tubs back to being adult only? They were on the Glory 6/3 sailing, and I'm trying to determine if the chnage back is ship by ship or throughout the Conquest class? Thanks again.

I sailed with Orlando twice when he was aboard the Breeze. I liked him more than the actual CDs that were on both of the Breeze sailings Matt and Mike. So glad that he is a CD now. I sailed the Valor a few times many years ago when it used to sail out of Miami. I always have the chocolate melting cake every night too. I sailed aboard the Vista in April, and the $5 per day social media plan worked well except for 2 days which was really slow.

Will post fun times tomorrow.

Aft pool area was just adults. Actual "serenity" area for loungers etc is marked 21+.

Pool & hot tubs in main area was kid central. Hot tubs FULL of kids.

Internet plan I could get text msg or fb messenger msg for most part. Nothing with pics would load.

The bed was described by another poster

Marshmallow

Does that mean extra soft bed??

Our old backs prefer a firmer mattress unfortunately

Anyone have an idea? I guess by December plenty will have slept on them so probably will not be exactly like now

Marshmallow to me meant very comfy bedding. Mattress topper, comforter, pillow. All down-like. The bed itself I couldn't say. It was just very very comfortable.
