Two insurances to cover one cruise?

I have always bought a comprehensive plan but am considering saving about $1200 by combining two. I would buy the cruise line insurance that covers 80% of the cruise price and cancel for no reason coverage and get a Geo Blue Medical Insurance plan that would cover medical costs, evacuation, and repatriation. Does anyone do something like this and if so, how has it worked?

 

(I tried to do a search on this but nothing came up.)
