You should get an email detailing the entertainment that will be onboard. Generally they'll be showing movies that have just come out on DVD and popular movies from this year.

We got the email but no movies listed. Anyone know???

They've discontinued listing the movies to be shown as they did in the past.

We are on the same cruise and called Princess about MUTS. The lady said that they do not publish in advance and it will be in the Patters when we get onboard. Kind of a copout but it was just my need for info, that's all.

I don't quite understand why Princess doesn't just keep an updated list on their home web page of all the current movies being shown on the ships. Sure their might be some that they don't have the time to show on every cruise but in general all the movies are released to all the ships at the same time.

I think the best you can do is check for recent postings about what people had on their cruises. Here's a thread from the middle of October.

Princess doesn't keep the list as not all ships have the same movies at the same times. As for the schedule each individual cruise director creates the schedule based on the movies they have available onboard, the itinerary, and the passenger demographics. Since it is really up to the CD on each ship, and the lineup changes from cruise to cruise based on attendance (so is a movie doesn't have a big turnout they will stop showing it on future cruises) there really isn't a good way to find out until you are onboard.

Personally, if there is a movie I just have to see and it's not on MUTS, I'll cancel the cruise.

Most of the movies, with a few exceptions, that Princess shows are available on DVD as soon as they show them. We bring most of the same ones on our tablets & if the ship doesn't have them I just catch up on my own - Of course it's always nicer to watch them on a bigger screen.
