My First 6 star cruise and food

Been on a 4 star and a couple 4.5s and when it comes time for dinner, I eat 4 appetizers, 2 (or 3 mains) and at least 3 desserts (I live in Vegas and I've always been an extreme eater). Looking at taking a 6 star cruise on the seabourn sojourn and wondering if these 6 star ships allow you to eat like I tend to do above or if there's an additional charge for eating like a beast? (I could easily eat $500 a day when looking at their menu, if so).

We have sailed Seabourn many times and have never seen anyone eat to this extent. You would be given what you ask for with no extra charges but it might be frowned upon, especially if you eat with other passengers! The helpings at dinner are not that big so you would go hungry with just one helping of each course. Having said that, the food is fabulous. You are served plated up food with no extras on the side unless you ask for extra vegetables etc.
